Changchun Guanghui Primary and Secondary School Nutritious Meal Co., Ltd. is a large-scale comprehensive enterprise mainly engaged in research and operation of student nutritious meals in response to the call of the State Council by the Changchun Municipal Government and the Education Bureau. It is a student nutritious meal production unit designated by the Changchun Education Bureau.

In 2007, it cooperated with Leying to build a central kitchen covering an area of more than 10,000 square meters, with a daily output of 40,000 copies.

In 2018, Leying was fortunate to cooperate with it again to build a central kitchen of more than 14,000 square meters, with a daily output of 100,000 copies and a total investment of 90,000 yuan. The project started construction in September 2017 and was completed in October 2018. Leying Company was responsible for the general design of the process, the general consultant of the project, the construction supervision and the supply of main equipment, and completed the overall turnkey service of the central kitchen. The project was successfully put into production in March 2019.
